Professional Installation Techniques & Real Project Types
At Kesto Aluminium System (JB) Sdn Bhd, proper installation techniques are essential for maximum security and seamless mechanical operation. A high-strength door relies directly on precise alignment and structural fastening.
Our Precision Installation Process:
- Laser Leveling & Sub-Frame Audit: We conduct rigorous laser measurements of door openings to ensure sub-millimeter precision before fabrication.
- Heavy-Duty Concrete Anchoring: Sub-frames are secured deep into masonry structures using corrosion-resistant expansion bolts to withstand leverage attacks.
- Tensioned Mesh Fitting: Stainless steel wiremesh is mechanically clamped inside structural aluminium grooves with concealed security retention systems, preventing mesh pop-out.
- Multi-Point Lock Calibration: Lock points at top, middle, and bottom latches are aligned precisely for seamless locking without frame distortion.
- Acoustic & Weather Seal Fitting: Periphery seals are integrated into swing margins to prevent water leakage during heavy tropical downpours.
